Newtown Borough Police Report, July 2-13 - buckslocalnews.com Friday, July 2 Possession Tadas Marazas, 20, of Commonwealth Drive in Newtown, was arrested July 2 on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from a traffic stop on March 25 when police observed him operating a vehicle with a broken tail light in the 100 block of South State Street.
